KE Askari-VI 132/11kV Grid & T-Line Network Consultancy
KE Askari-VI 132/11kV Grid & T-Line Network Consultancy
Project Overview
The K-Electric Askari-VI 132/11kV Grid and Transmission Line project is a grid reinforcement initiative in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Designed to support growing industrial and residential loads, the project involves constructing a new Gas-Insulated Substation (GIS) at Askari-VI. It also includes high-voltage line bay extensions at KDA and Memongoth, LILO configurations, and the structural rehabilitation of existing transmission lines. Upgrading these circuits increases conductor current-carrying capacity, minimizes high-temperature line sag, and improves mechanical reliability under peak operating conditions.Project Specifications
- Substation Rating: New 132/11kV Askari-VI Gas-Insulated Substation (GIS) grid station.
- Interconnection Scope: Encompasses line bay extensions at KDA and Memongoth substations, transmission line LILO works, and transmission circuit rehabilitation.
- Physical Infrastructure: Electrical layout designed to support local residential grids, including a 630 KVA kiosk and multiple sub-stations within Army Housing Askari VI.
- Safety & Quality Management: Project subject to formal Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) risk assessments and EHS training programs.

Our Capabilities
Very few industries in modern society face the number of challenges seen in the agriculture sector. Many external forces wreak havoc on the farm business, and all are completely out of the business owner’s control.
Scope of Work
Our team delivered a full-cycle industrial solution, including:
Plant Design & Engineering
Comprehensive layout planning and structural design tailored for high-volume steel production.
Equipment Integration
Installation and configuration of advanced machinery, automated systems.
Process Optimization
Implementation of smart workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Quality Control Systems
Deployment of monitoring technologies to maintain consistent product standards.
Key Features
Very few industries in modern society face the number of challenges seen in the agriculture sector. Many external forces wreak havoc on the farm business, and all are completely out of the business owner’s control. Weather, drought, pests, and disease constantly hammer agriculture. They augment the standard risks any business faces and put significant pressure on historically thin profit margins. Add to this the current stagnation in the available workforce, which was significantly amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic, and you have a menu of challenges that seem almost impossible.
Results & Impact
The project successfully delivered a high-performance steel manufacturing facility that significantly improved production efficiency and output quality. The integration of advanced technologies enabled seamless operations, reduced downtime, and enhanced overall productivity.
