Overview
Independent engineering requires technical competence, impartiality and practical project experience. OMS has served as Independent Engineer, Owner’s Engineer and Lender’s Technical Advisor on utility-scale thermal, renewable and hydropower projects, supporting clients from design review through construction, commissioning and commercial operation.
